Job Description

- Responsible for the rooms enquiries, reservations, confirmations, cancellations and operating yield management and assist to ensure highest rates and occupancy are achieved.
- Communicate with front office, sales team, and senior management.
- Assist on achieving highest occupancy and running an efficient reservations department.
- Handling of individual, corporate and Group bookings.
- Assist on negotiating rates with guests, companies and travel agents as required.
- Ensure the completion of all reservations.
