Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a hardworking and passionate Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles. Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to senior management remotely. 2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. 4. Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents. 5. Maintain and organize electronic and physical files. 6. Handle confidential information with discretion. 7. Conduct research as needed for projects and presentations. 8. Assist with special projects and events as assigned. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 5. Critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration will be a plus.
