- Active nursing license issued by the Ministry of Health in Kuwait
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
- Experience in emergency and/or critical care is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
