Key Responsibilities
- Mobility Guidelines Development and Implementation:
- Provide inputs for the development, review and update of global mobility policies to align with regional business priorities and industry best practices, incl. managing update processes within the region (i.e. for international assignment policies)
- Implement new or enhanced policies within the region, i.e. for foreign local hires or international mobile working within the global framework
- Enable the consistent application of policies across all international assignments to / from the region
