- You will design core recruiting analytical tools and reports for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role, your responsibilities will include creating and designing wide attraction processes analytics, aiming to strengthen the understanding of candidate pipeline and brand attractiveness. You will also build reports behind recruiting projects and initiatives together with recruiting managers. You will work on a variety of strategic and operational recruiting initiatives as they arise as well as formulate recruitment market insights. You will support knowledge sharing, lead competitive intelligence monitoring (first hand index) and run recruiting analytics across various dimensions. Your role is newly created and it might evolve over time so responsibilities are not static
