- Degree in business/ public administration, engineering, hospitality, multimedia, or similarExtensive work experience in a similar role including supervisory experienceExcellent command of the English language (spoken/written)Excellent command of the Arabic language (spoken/written)ExperienceMust possess sound business judgment, analytical expertise, and high degree of comprehension to develop clear, concise, and practical solutionsBroad, comprehensive knowledge of applicable policies and procedures with specialized knowledge of organization, supervision and administrative systems and maintenance/construction practices for residential and recreational propertiesEffective decision making skillsSkillful in dealing tactfully and positively with stakeholdersAbility to plan for events with all relevant details, present the plans for approval, and implement the approved plansAbility to work under tight deadlines and able to handle last minute changes
