Responsibilities: • Perform regular reconciliations of all bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records by working closely with the accounting team • Create and maintain financial reports to provide accurate and timely information to management • Review and assess any changes made to financial records to ensure they are accurately reflected • Identify and communicate any potential financial risks to management • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
