We are looking for a HR Systems Support to work in Washington, DC supporting our client.

Clearance: US Citizen

Salary: $139,000

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, finance, or computer science preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Preferred experience with maintaining a Taleo environment that is integrated with Workday; Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow experience are a bonus.
  • Experience in project and change management a plus.
  • Administer all aspects of core HR systems including technical operations, business requirements, data fixes, data cleaning, and customer service, etc.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a multitude of technologies like Oracle Fusion and Taleo, Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Proficient-level Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Strong analytical, research and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of HR needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate when appropriate.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.

Job Duties:

  • Maintains and supports day to day operations with current HR systems: Oracle Taleo and Fusion
  • Supports ServiceNow agile production model for fixes and enhancements as scrum master
  • Provide technical guidance on the operation of HR systems
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data
  • Actions on data discrepancies and reports anomalies appropriately
  • Performs user acceptance testing of system changes and fixes
  • Performs routine reporting and responds to ad hoc data requests
  • Prepares reports in support of HR system work streams and operations
  • Performs configuration of HR systems and documents accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned.
