Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist, the primary responsibility of a receptionist is to greet visitors, answer phones, and direct the flow of people and information within the office. Receptionists also play a key role in providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. To be considered you should have strong communication and customer service skills, as you will interact with a diverse range of people on a daily basis. Additionally, as a Receptionist you should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting and guiding customers to the appropriate sales executives within the showroom.
  • Greeting visitors in a professional, welcoming, and hospitable manner
  • Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate internal parties in a timely manner
  • Handling customer inquiries, answering incoming calls and assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate and correspond with all necessary parties as per the requirement
  • Provide all necessary progress reports on a regular and as required basis

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and computers.
