• Warmly greeting and taking customer and business orders through:
o Walk-in
o Dial-in – phone call.
o WhatsApp.
• Punching in customer orders in the POS system and coordinating with the florists.
• Register customer information in the database.
• Assist the florists in updating floral and item inventory and regularly restock
packaging and floral materials in the shop from the storage unit.
• Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the shop and storage
unit.
• Actively educate the customer on how to best care for their flowers and register
customer information in the database.
• Have a deep understanding of all of the different vases and items for sale in the shop,
including the artist and materials.
• Follow the instructions of the manager.
