Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player . You will be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). Responsibilities • Answer and direct phone calls, update in daily incoming calls. • ATTENDANCE SHEETS (daily, weekly, monthly) • EMAILS - inquiries, clarifications, documents • Distribute mail. • PHONEBOOK —— contact details • REFERENCE SHEETS - technical works, filing. • IPR’s ——- office supplies • SUPPLIER INVOICES, SOA & IT’S PAYMENTS • Filling • PETTY CASH (invoices, petty cash sheet update) • COURIER MONITORING (receiving, sending, filing) • MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES Qualifications • High school diploma or relevant work experience • Ability to maintain a positive attitude • Excellent communication skills
