- Collects market intelligence on the movement of properties’ prices.
- Updates the Company on any new changes to property legislation and classification rules.
- Explains the results of valuation to clients if required.
- Evaluate for other parties externally.
- Estimate the market value of property and land for their clients.
- make thorough inspections and investigations of a property.
- Consider factors such as location and business in their valuations.
- Providing advice on areas such as sales, compensation claims or loans.
- Undertaking thorough inspections of buildings and land to identify any characteristics or factors affecting value.
