- Responsible for supporting technology demand and project management in meeting billing related requirements from all business units
- Responsible for implementing billing requirements within agreed OLA's.
- Responsible for managing vendors and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver the requirements on time.
- Responsible for communicating periodic status reports to management and escalating potential issues as appropriate.
