- Attended prior railway grinding training/courses, with certification in grinding techniques on Railway Infrastructure components- Crossings, switch rails and plain line grinding
- Minimum 5 years in Railway Grinding Techniques using MP12, MC3, MV3, MP23, Alpha & 230mm
- Angle Grinders for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance grinding repairs
- Valid Certification in Railway Grinding Techniques with prior work references
- Safe Handling of grinding Machinery & Tools
