Quantity Surveyor

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Must have a strong understanding of the technical specification, estimation, cost analysis, and B O Q.

The candidate should also be capable of compiling quantities/estimates on spreadsheets and have knowledge of site surveys, execution and methods.

Minimum 7 years of experience in general construction estimating

Good project background and proven technical writing ability.

Sound knowledge of construction.

Knowledge and understanding of local authority regulations, guidelines, and contracts.

Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Should have transferable Residence Permit with NOC
