- Act as a liaison between quality, production, Pilot, R&I, and the manufacturing supply chain during new product launches
- Provide technical consultation to assist in bulk processing problem-solving
- Lead and conduct study - analysis with all risk assessment for continuous quality improvement
- Carry out and execute improvement projects to improve factory performance
- Assist the plant in identifying preventative actions for bulk processing
- Coordinate and oversee process optimization projects
