- In depth understanding and experience within the realm of quality management in the food manufacturing industry is fundamental, Dairy experience is a plus.
- Food Manufacturing industry proven track record of success must be demonstrated.
- Well versed in quality management systems such as FSSC22000 and related.
- Provide management and technical support and coaching to the team
- Lead own team to execution of plans as per strategy and budget
- Keeping Top management apprised of product issues, dispositions, and quality improvement plans.
- Ensure good and positive synchronization of the Quality section with all other departments of the company
- Identifying quality improvement opportunities and develop and implement solutions.
- Collaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing to receive regular customer feedback on the products
- Custodian of the quality of the food products and ensures KDD maintains its standards as per
