Coordinates deficiencies corrections and process improvements identified with supervisors and management and acts as the quality liaison to quality representatives (as needed), ensuring that the BMS quality system complements and complies with program, government, regulatory, and contractual requirements
Responsible for program support to establish and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) and program with related process infrastructure, to include managing departmental resources for; audits, inspections, analysis, compliance, functionality and capability;
Supports the program in maintaining the quality management system and overall processes, reporting and record keeping;
Specialized Performance Areas: Ability to facilitate business negotiations, act as a change agent to gain cooperation and coordinate the work of others, skilled in written and oral presentations
