The MSP will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Customers network infrastructure.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Monitor servers and network traffic and performance to ensure uptime and stability.
2. Manage network devices such as servers routers switches firewalls and other network components.
3. Proactively detect and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
4. Conduct regular network audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
5. Provide 24/7/365 support for critical network incidents and emergencies.
6. Generate performance reports and provide insights for future optimizations.
