*Job Title: HCM Technical Consultant*
*Location:* Qatar
*Duration:* 3 months (with possibility of extension)
*Experience Required:* 45 years
*Preferred Nationality:* Arabic Speaker
*Contract Type:* Shortterm contract immediate joiners preferred
*Visa Requirement:* Candidates must have a valid Qatar visa or husband visa
*Responsibilities:*
Develop and customize HCM solutions according to client requirements.
Configure integrations between HCM software and other systems.
Perform data migrations and system upgrades.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM system issues.
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Document technical designs and procedures.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
45 years of experience in HCM system development and customization.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or SQL.
Experience with HCM software platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Arabic language proficiency preferred.
