1. Operations Management:

• Lead the daytoday operations of security devices including Pulse Secure and Beyondtrust PAM ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance.
• Oversee the configuration monitoring and maintenance of security devices to guarantee their availability and reliability.

1. Proactive Maintenance:

• Provide proactive breakfix services conduct regular maintenance and ensure timely software updates patches and firmware upgrades to prevent downtime and enhance security.

1. Policy Management:

• Manage and maintain security policies rulesets and configurations across all monitored security devices to enforce security controls and ensure compliance with business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Regularly review and update policies to address emerging threats and align with evolving business needs.

1. Patch Management:

• Manage the timely application of patches firmware updates and security patches to security devices to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain a secure environment.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate comprehensive reports on security device performance incidents alerts and operational metrics to provide valuable insights into the organizations security posture.
• Analyze security reports to identify trends vulnerabilities and areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the organizations overall security posture.

1. Vendor Coordination:

• Collaborate with security device vendors and thirdparty service providers to coordinate support activities maintenance tasks and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely escalation of issues and effective communication with vendors to ensure the resolution of technical challenges and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of handson experience in security device management with expertise in Pulse Secure and Beyondtrust PAM technologies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in policy management patch management and configuration of security devices.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or vendorspecific certifications (e.g. Pulse Secure Certified Administrator) are preferred.
