QAQC Engineer

• Ensures that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job.
• Prepare maintenance plan for all equipment
• Ensure equipment certification performed as per procedure and schedule
• Ensure daily maintenance and repair activities are recorded in the equipment maintenance management system.
• Ensure equipment certifications are updated in equipment maintenance management system.
• Ensure equipment spare parts are available in stores at all time
• Conduct technical training for workshop employees to help them achieve their career development
• Track all company assets and tools.
• Maintain a good and healthy relations among all superiors, colleagues, and subordinates.
• Implementing HSEQ Policy Requirements
• Demonstrating a clear commitment to HSEQ Policy Matters
• Preparation of detailed scope of works for equipment fabrication
• Ensure each equipment has specification data sheet
• Inspection of fabrication work in progress at contractor site on daily basis
• Review quality file of newly purchased/fabricated equipment and ensure that operating and maintenance manual received with equipment
