- Review and provide feedback on test cases, test scripts, and test automation code developed by QA engineers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to understand product requirements and incorporate quality considerations into the development lifecycle.
- Identify and implement improvements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate QA engineers on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools.
