Job Description

- Edit and rewrite proposalsin Arabic & English, including creating templates.
- Ensuring documents are secure and up to company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Managing intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
- Filing and archiving relevant documentation
- Managing the retrieval of files for other employees and customers when needed.
- Assisting other employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
