Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Property Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the daytoday operations of our properties ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management including leasing marketing tenant relations and maintenance.
Manage rent collection and delinquencies ensuring timely collections and following up on late payments.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner resolving any issues to the satisfaction of both the tenant and the company.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they align with budgeted amounts.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work ensuring quality and timely completion.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to property operations.
Assist with the screening and selection of new tenants ensuring they meet the companys leasing criteria.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all propertyrelated information including leases contracts and tenant files.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of property management principles practices and procedures.
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
