- Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Periodically report to Department Manager with regard to work progress, construction risks, and opportunities on each project
- Interpretation of contract/agreement terms in order that contractors and other third-party service providers strictly adhere to contract obligations
- Oversee execution of projects within budget, time schedules, statutory requirements, and organization’s procedures ensuring compliance with HSE and internal policies
