As a Projects & Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of complex, and strategic projects related to customer experience transformation across Product Development & Design (PDD) to ensure that project objectives, KPls are achieved within the agreed schedule. The Project Manager will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from in-depth research and analytics against strategy definition, design thinking, end-to-end implementation, and product communication. Also responsible for introducing project management best practices including new technology to enable more efficient and effective project design, tracking, visibility and accountability across division. Other key responsibilities are: • Responsible for the planning, tactical execution and tracking of all major projects under strict project timelines by directing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. • Projects shall cover all aspects of product innovation, design and branding, aircraft standards, service design and hospitality, culinary, IFEC and digital transformation. • Manage quality control throughout the project life cycle by maintaining delivery timelines, mitigating project risks, and act as a liaison with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective change management. Develop project monitoring and program management mechanism and toolkits for the division for improved collaboration. • Drive a change in project management methodology, introducing a more agile approach with greater accountability, that is solution-focused and with the customer at the heart of everything we do. • Work closely with the Management team to solve business unit project challenges, redefining processes, developing support tools, and providing project level guidance. • Work alongside all internal stakeholders within the division and across wider QR group stakeholders on cross functional project status, communication channels from kick off to delivery. • Consolidate and deliver periodic management reports and presentations capturing information on timelines and project completeness.
