Project Site Coordinator

• Coordination with shipper, consignees, truckers and Airlines for the import / export of shipments.
• Full responsibilities for supervising and coordinating all trucking activities efficiently, cost effectively sand safely in line with agreed procedures and customers service levels.
• Business Lead, as per customers enquiry preparing quotations and ensure that to obtained the confirmation to work out.
• Ensure that safe working practice is maintained throughout the operations. Develop a near miss reporting system and investigate all incidents.
• Carry out daily and weekly site inspections to ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained including site maintenance. Ensure all equipment and infrastructure at the facility - including firefighting system are periodically maintained and in sound condition and comply with local EHS standards.
• Ensure efficient resource planning for operations, regarding fleets and manpower. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations plan in consultation with Manager.
• Plan for receiving / dispatch of inbound and outbound cargo, schedule resources accordingly. Assign daily tasks and targets to operations team.
