- Managing relationship and take ownership of the relationship with any Governmental entities to enhance the alignment.
- Communicating with all employees and their management for all government entities request.
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about facilities, programs, and other services.
- Accompanying employees to relevant ministry departments, traffic department, or medical testing facilities.
- Keeping the HRBP/Myranda Project LT informed of significant problems that may jeopardize the achievement of project goals.
- Responding with coordination with compliance team to all staff enquiries on visa/labor/passport matters
- Manage Municipality, and Chamber of Commerce related transactions.
