- Followthe contract milestones to ensure completion on time.
- Monitor Projects Cost tomake sure it doesn’t Exceed the budget
- Reduce Project Costs by various means and newIdeas.
- Report any default or problem in project execution toManagement.
- Ensure invoicing and paymentcollection with Accounts.
