Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related discipline.
Extensive knowledge of project management processes and concepts of planning, implementation and monitoring.
Experience in managing civil works projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make the right decisions based on available information.
