- Local champion for the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) * Direct the implementation of new company systems and capability enhancements across projects * Determine areas of potential improvement and direct the implementation of change to address these areas Ensure the growing capability of our people in the Department * Co-ordination with the Global Project Delivery Group and planning and implementation of global corporate initiatives originating from the group * Supervise, equip and coach employees within the area of responsibility to ensure the proper performance (HSE, Commercial [including Budget and Gross Margin], Schedule, Customer Satisfaction and Risk Management) of all projects * Ensure close monitoring pf project trends/problems and taking early remedial action
