- The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations / Project manager and project team with estimation, job cost accounting, scheduling, site supervision and other related project related work.
- Responsible to prepare technical submittal such as Material Approval Request (MAR), Method of Statement (MS), Inspection and Testing. Good knowledge of all interior Materials, Wood, Veneer, MDF, Plywood, Adhesive, Curtain and linen materials.
- Maintain a good understanding of the project priorities based on project execution program.
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines Responsible for RFI and submittal process Attend consultant & client meetings.
- Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required.
- Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products/services meet all client specifications.
- Ensure that project milestones and objectives are achieved and projects delivered on time and within budget.
- Able to work well within a team based environment and ability to manage contractors and contracts labor work force.
