Job Description

Coordinating and monitoring the activities of design consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.

Coordinating between client and site office.

Coordinating with all stakeholders to attend to code and program requirements.

Coordinating design changes on site and checking that design is followed.

Monitoring closely execution of the works to verify adherence to the design and intent for appropriate and fit-for-purpose installation.

Developing and implementing work schedules and identifying critical paths.

Coordinating work on-site with inspection agencies.
-
Reviewing the contractors’ payment applications and participating in the timely preparation of monthly payment requisitions as required.

Reviewing and being familiar with relevant project codes.
