- Maintaining the schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
- Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors.
- Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
- Use a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and are able to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high-level manner.
- Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build robust, long-term relationships and integrated teams.
- In conjunction with the Project Manager establish project planning process and procedure to include within the PEP (Project Execution Plan).
- Assure integration of sub-schedules from all parties (functions, subdivisions) involved in the projects.
- Challenge all inputs from all parties assuring alignment to the Projects programme objectives, critical path and key milestones.
- Tracks and reports progress against the baseline schedule and continuously monitors risks and opportunities as well as proactively develops scenarios, mitigation or back-up plans required.
