- Ensure good coordination with relevant departments related to Project Controls including Finance, Logistics, Contracts, Audit, IT, HR/Admin, Sustainable Development
- Coordination with EPC function
- Attend meetings with Client and/or Subcontractors as necessary
- Draft the meeting materials and collecting the information
- Draft Minute of meetings
- Represent project in meetings related to project controls subjects
- Works related Risk and Knowledge management
- Provide administrative support to project controls teams in checking and controlling
- contract and cost related data related to reimbursable activities with ad-hoc support to other packages
- Project management and administration
