Job Description

- Manage the marketing of offerings and oversee the scheduling, logistics and resources/budget for sessions
- Lead multi-day virtual programs, facilitating introductions, setting up line facilitators and ensuring participants engage and learn from the programs
- Collect and analyze feedback on training sessions, with an emphasis on the quantifiable impact of programs and an eye towards improvement
- Facilitate virtual welcome sessions for new hires
- Innovate on learning delivery techniques, experimenting with job aids, videos, eLearning, etc.
- Ensure materials and offering information is up-to-date on our intranet portal, our Learning Management System and our marketing materials
- Provide project and change management expertise to large events and business transformation initiatives
