- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize productivity of resources.
- Team engagement and the promotion of continuous improvements throughout the Line Maintenance sub-section.
- Ensures that the maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with the relevant manufacturers manuals , appropriate technical manuals and pertinent regulatory requirements and all maintenance is documented accordingly in accordance with ANTR M.A.306(a) & ANTR 145.A.50
