Leveraging your expertise in UX/UI design and product development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing user satisfaction and engagement. Primary Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of the UX and front-end product roadmap, aligning with overall company objectives and user needs. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities for product improvement. • Define and prioritize features based on user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis. • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and features. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate product vision and requirements effectively. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across all touchpoints. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and iterate on features for continuous improvement. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful UX/UI-focused products. • Strong proficiency in UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma). • Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform product decisions. • Familiar with tools such a Jira. • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively across teams. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive product decisions. • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
