Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Inventory Procedures:
• To effectively conduct monthly physical inventories on all areas (Store/s), check and sign all inventory sheets in line with the ser policies & procedures.
• The Monthly inventory will include all kind of stores (Fixed and Portable) including the Machines and Spare Parts one.
• Ensure that the actual Count available in each machine and car are in line with what’s taken out from the store and actual sales (Comparison and alignment: Compare it to actual outgoing products from store, sale and actual account). Report any variances and access/shortage money per machines/s.
• Produce monthly outlet inventory results detailing any variances, near expiry products, wastage . . . etc.
• Ensure that Price List is updated on each vending machine in order to confirm that each item/product is priced correctly.
• Ensure that expiry date is checked for every product/item (To be removed if less than one month is left).
• Specific Inventory Check to be executed for any of operations team proceeding for any leave.
• Assist Accounts department with goods receiving inquiries and invoice application.
• Produce monthly F & B Cost Control report for senior management detailing achieved cost against budget, inventory results and explaining any action points.
• Provide concise and accurate reconciliation of Food & Beverage costs to the Finance Manager.
Control Procedures:
• Introduce and monitor par stock levels in line with the company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the used software is updated with accurate data with regards to cost, sale, wastage, stock. . . etc.
• Provide Constructive suggestions for future price structuring of items and products utilizing knowledge of current trends and unit prices.
• Perform continual housekeeping duties on the used software through system security.
• Liaise with Purchasing Manager in charge for any supply or pricing issues.
• Prepare price breakdown of any shipment and calculate the cost: MACHINES, SPARE PARTS AND COFFEE INGREDIENTS for every delivery.
