- Work with Clients legal teams to assess risks for the clients. Write complete procurement and contracting procedures for all employees to follow as well as procurement and contracting personnel to abide by to ensure fair and transparent procurement/contracts. initiated by projects requirements with approvals from Senior Management.Provide guidance on procurement matters to assigned personnel by providing recommendations regarding workload leveling and priority setting, personnel evaluation and mentoring, staffing requirements, field audits, etc 20 years experience working in Procurement Must have experience negotiating contracts and can set up write policies and procedures and run a Procurement Dept.
