- Explore supplier for existing/new service and material, maintain sustainable supplier pool, ensure required service & material are acquirable from market whenever needed.
- Analyze reasonability and setup goals to achieve better cost structure. Maintain competitive advantage.
- Carry out commercial & key terms negotiation.
- Master the sourcing method, be good in communication, be able to deploy resources in advance based on business development strategies and requirements, and have a good understanding of the local resource market, delivery environment, and resource dynamics.
