- Ensure alignment of the Procurement Department's efforts in implementing company's Financial strategy Monitor the development and implementation of the Procurement department's policies, procedures and processes Monitor performance of the Procurement Department against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis Develop and monitor the annual budget of the Procurement Department Act as a technical advisor and provide support to all functions and stations across company on all Procurement related matters Oversee the procurement requisition process and ensure its effectiveness and efficiency Oversee the proper identification of vendors and accuracy of vendor lists
