Procurement and Logistic Officer

You’ll make a difference by

• Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identifying potential suppliers for rolling stock components, spare parts, and maintenance services. Evaluating supplier capabilities, conducting supplier assessments, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing.
• Request for Proposal (RFP) and Bid Management: Preparing and issuing RFPs and bid invitations to suppliers, managing the bidding process, and evaluating vendor proposals to select the most suitable suppliers.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranty agreements.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and prompt resolution of any supply-related issues.
