Job Description

- Maintain proper cleaning and service standard of the Private Bar
- Assist in/or monitor the daily IRD operation and if required in In Room Dining Operations
- To be fully aware of the Private Bar inventory and requisition process
- Always follow the FIFO rule with Private Bar products and closely monitor Expiry list of the Private Bar Products
- Ensure hand over of the shifts are done properly so that the guests will have a flawless service without interruption of any kind.
