Werving en selectie-trajecten vragen om maatwerk, hierdoor heb je als Senior Consultant permanent een langetermijnvisie nodig en heb je altijd je plan B en soms zelfs ook C en D paraat. Je bent een actieve adviseur van de klant. Dit betekent bijvoorbeeld dat de vacature gaandeweg op punten bijgewerkt kan worden op basis van jouw adviezen. Dit vraagt creativiteit, flexibiliteit en overtuigingskracht.
Interim
Het invullen van interim-trajecten vraagt van jou als Senior Consultant interim dat je snel kan schakelen, bedrijfskundig inzicht hebt en het oplossen van acute capaciteitsvraagstukken goed en snel met jouw expertise kan oppakken.
