Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ProPricer, as well as the ability to learn and utilize alternative pricing software as necessary.
- Advanced knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 15, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Raytheon Cost Estimating Manual.
- Project management and collaboration skills with ability to lead project teams by influencing without direct authority
- Strong organization and analytical skills
