- Lead and manage the Coastal Modelling team in the Middle East, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects and meeting client expectations.
- Develop and execute project plans for coastal modelling projects, including feasibility studies, conceptual design, numerical modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Provide technical expertise in coastal engineering and modelling to support the team's operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and tools to improve the team's capabilities and deliverables.
