- Tertiary qualified, with a degree relevant to asset management consulting or equivalent experience.
- Experience in developing core components of an Intelligent AM solution with the operating context of a client and a strong understanding of good industry practice related to strategic asset management.
- A strategic and innovative mindset coupled with the ability to solve complex problems, using strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which are applied to bring out the best in peers and to engage productively with clients.
- Self-motivated, with capacity to work both independently and as part of a team (including virtual teams spread over multiple locations) and under the pressure of deadlines.
