Be a real team player, always prepared to go the extra mile and support your colleagues as we reach our goal: to become the best International School in the world.Specific Responsibilities: Full time class position with enhanced PPA time to fulfil TLR responsibilities Work in collaboration with the Head of Key Stage and Deputy Head of Key Stage ensuring that agreed policies and practices are delivered consistently. Lead on year group planning to ensure coverage, progression and a range of learning experiences across the year group (6 classes). Act as a coach/mentor to support with planning and assessment within the year group. Take responsibility for the coordination of pastoral care of students in the year group. Promote effective parent partnerships through facilitating learning focused workshops and celebrations of student s work. Plan and promote enrichment opportunities within the year group. Celebrate individual and shared successes within the year group for both staff and students to promote well-being
